Introduction

At BuyDo, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. This policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations for online purchases.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Returns received after 14 days may not be accepted.

Extended Fair Use Note

To protect all customers, we monitor return activity for patterns of abuse and may refuse service in such cases.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective: opened or used bedding, pillows, towels, robes; personalized or custom-made items; clearance or final-sale merchandise; and gift cards or digital vouchers.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email info@buydo.biz before returning anything. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and full instructions. Ship the item via a trackable service to the address provided. Unauthorized returns or shipments without an RA number may be refused.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is not defective, the customer pays return shipping. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact BuyDo in advance to receive a free return label or reimbursement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described: notify info@buydo.biz within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include clear photos and a short description. You may choose either a replacement (shipped free of charge) or a full refund including shipping fees.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you prefer store credit. Refunds are processed within 30 days after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to payment-provider timelines. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period: check your bank or credit-card statement, contact your payment provider, then email info@buydo.biz for assistance.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After dispatch, the standard return procedure applies.

10. Buyer Protection (Delivery Guarantee)

If your order has not arrived within 60 business days of dispatch —and the delay is not due to customs, an incorrect address, or force-majeure events – you may request a full refund or replacement under BuyDo’s Buyer Assurance Program.

BuyDo reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy to reflect changes in logistics partners, legal requirements, or company operations. The most current version is always available on our website.
