5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.3. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
6.1. The Company offers a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
   (a) The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
   (b) Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14.2. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
14.3. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

15. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and you hereby waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

16. CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any rights granted to consumers under applicable mandatory laws, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

17. GOVERNING LANGUAGE
These Terms are drafted in English, and in the event of any discrepancy between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buy Dou Ltd and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
