BuyDo Shipping Policy
At BuyDo, we are committed to providing a seamless, transparent, and sustainable global shipping experience. This policy explains how we process orders, ship items, estimate delivery times, handle customs fees, and ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Fulfillment & Warehousing
Orders are fulfilled through our network of vetted Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) partners. We operate multiple international logistics centers to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Fulfillment locations may vary depending on product availability and destination. Some orders may also be shipped from our Israeli facility. All shipments are processed according to professional export, packaging, and handling standards.
Sustainability & Packaging
BuyDo is dedicated to minimizing environmental impact. Whenever possible, we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials, consolidate shipments to reduce our carbon footprint, and work with logistics partners that maintain responsible environmental practices.
2. Shipping Destinations & Eligibility
We ship worldwide, except to destinations restricted under Israeli or international trade laws. These include, but are not limited to: Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, North Korea, Afghanistan, Sudan, and any other region under applicable embargoes or sanctions. At checkout, the system automatically determines whether your address is eligible for delivery. If your location is ineligible, the order will be canceled and a full refund issued.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes verification, quality inspection, packaging, and carrier transfer. Customers receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a dispatch notification within 24 hours once shipment is arranged. If dispatch is delayed, we will notify you promptly with an updated estimate.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Customers can select one of three shipping options at checkout: Economy – affordable delivery with limited or no tracking; Standard – balanced speed and full tracking; Express – priority service with the fastest transit times. Our 4PL partners may utilize trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, Aramex, or regional couriers depending on your destination and service level.
5. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates vary by region and chosen shipping method. All times are in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in the country of origin.

- Express shipping provides priority handling and faster transit but does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
- We will notify you promptly if an unexpected delay occurs after dispatch.
6. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
All orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, displayed at checkout. Orders totaling USD 100 or more (or equivalent in local currency) qualify for free Standard Shipping. Optional Express upgrades are available.
7. Tracking
Standard and Express shipments include tracking numbers, sent automatically via email within 24 hours of dispatch. Economy shipments may have limited or no end-to-end tracking.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped under DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered-at-Place) terms. Customers are responsible for import fees.
9. Address Accuracy & Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Address modifications after purchase cannot be guaranteed.
